How long can we ride? Cruises last 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on route taken.
Why do I need a reservation? Public cruises fill up quickly. By completing a reservation online or by phone, you know your spot is saved. Reservations are required for lunch or dinner cruises. The reservations inform the amount of food prepared.
Can I ride the riverboat if I didn't make a reservation? Maybe. Tickets are sold at the entrance for public cruises based on availability.
Can I ride a lunch or dinner cruise without purchasing a meal? Yes. You are not required to purchase a meal to ride the riverboat.
Why isn't there a cruise every day? Public cruises are scheduled around private chartered events. These events vary daily. Since it is updated on the fly, please feel free to check in with available public cruises here.
What happens if there is bad weather? Our guest's safety is most important. In the event of high winds or extreme weather, a private charter or public cruise may be rescheduled or cancelled.
What happens if our cruise is cancelled? If the cruise you booked is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances, you have three options. You may reschedule your cruise, receive a refund, or take passes to redeem for tickets another day. Please call or stop by our office to make arrangements after a cancellation.
Can I bring food or drink on the riverboat? No outside food or drinks are allowed. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase on all cruises. A cash bar is available for private and public cruises.
When should I show up? The boat will start loading approximately 20 minutes prior to departure. The top deck fills fast so come early.
Can I smoke on the boat? No. The riverboat is a smoke-free environment.
Is the boat handicap accessible? Yes, the main deck is handicap accessible.
